DO YOU HAVE PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE?

Yes, we have cover up to £2,000,000.00 and drone insurance.

CAN I HAVE MY FILM ONLINE?

As long as no commerical music has been used, yes, but we ask you not to re-edit, add filters or crop the videos. As a wedding videographer in Surrey and beyond, I focus on ensuring your film feels polished and timeless rather than part-unfinished.

HOW LONG WILL MY FILM BE?

We typically deliver a 5-8 minute feature film and a short highlights. But we also offer bespoke coverage so please contact us to discuss.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?

We use state of the art cinema cameras that are small and discreet, allowing us to blend seamlessly into your wedding day without taking over or turning it into a film set. Our setup is intentionally lightweight, helping us capture events naturally and unobtrusively as they unfold.

For stability, we primarily use a monopod throughout the day, with a lightweight tripod used during the ceremony and speeches. Discreet audio recorders are also used to ensure clear, high quality sound, capturing vows and speeches without drawing attention.

Where appropriate, we also use a fully licensed and insured drone to capture beautiful aerial shots of your venue, always subject to weather conditions and venue permissions.

DO YOU PROVIDE THE RAW FOOTAGE?

Raw footage can be provided at an additional fee if requested. As this footage is supplied unedited, a hard drive would need to be provided by the couple for delivery. Please note that raw footage is not colour graded or edited and is supplied exactly as captured on the day.

My focus as a wedding videographer is always on creating a carefully crafted finished film that tells the story of your day naturally and beautifully. Raw footage is offered as an optional extra for those who would like access to everything filmed.

HOW DO YOU DELIVER OUR FILM?

Your film will come as a downloadable mp4 link. This is easily shared with friends and family. It means that your film is much more future-proof than a DVD. We recommend that you make as many copies as possible on USB’s, the cloud and devices.

DO I NEED A LICENSE?

Some churches require you to purchase a license, if they ask for this you will directed to the PPL-PRS website.

Some churches may also charge an additional fee at their own discretion.

WILL I NEED WEDDING INSURANCE?
Anneka Ireland Videography recommends all clients purchase adequate wedding insurance to cover instances beyond our control.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU ARE ILL ON THE DAY OF OUR WEDDING?

We have a small team of videographers that can be on hand in the worst case scenario. We also have a close relationship with a handful of other wedding videographers so there is always the option to call on them if need be. However, we always recommend that you take out wedding insurance.

DO YOU FILM OUTSIDE OF KENT AND SURREY?

Yes, I will film wherever the job takes me, including throughout Surrey, Kent, London, Essex, Sussex, and beyond. As a wedding videographer in Surrey and the South East, I’m happy to travel to your venue and capture your day wherever you’re celebrating. Contact us for more information.

DO YOU FILM SAME-SEX WEDDINGS?

Of course we can, we have filmed many LGBTQ weddings over the years and like to treat every wedding in a unique way.

DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT?

We can’t ‘hold’ dates and there is a non-refundable booking fee of £300.00 which is payable at the time of booking.

WHEN DO I HAVE TO MAKE THE FINAL PAYMENT?

The balance is due 28 days prior to the wedding date.

We accept payment by BACS.

HOW DO I MAKE A BOOKING?

You can complete the enquiry form, or arrange a phone, email, or video chat. As an experienced wedding videographer in Surrey, I’m always happy to answer any questions you have and walk you through what to expect.

Do you need to visit my wedding venue before the big day?
As we film naturally and unobtrusively we find that wherever you go, we go. Your photographer might prefer to visit beforehand to plan shots but we don’t find this is particularly necessary from a video point of view. If we haven’t been to your venue before, we usually arrive in enough time anyway to check out the venue.
Do you film any other events?

We capture a wide range of special occasions, including bar mitzvahs, birthday celebrations, and more.

Do we have a meeting before the big day?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE FILM?

It’s roughly 8-10 weeks maximum after your wedding day. In our quieter periods this timescale will be less.
