Frequently Asked Questions

Here is  just a few of the frequently asked questions we get, if we’ve missed yours, please contact us here.

DO YOU HAVE PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE?

Yes, we have cover up to £1,000,000.00

CAN I HAVE MY FILM ONLINE?

Due to copyright laws, unfortunately you cannot have your film online if you have chosen commercial music. We offer the option to use licensed music at £75.00 to cover the fees.

HOW LONG WILL MY FILM BE?

As we treat every wedding differently the length varies and often depends on how long your ceremony and speeches are, the coverage you choose and edit style.

More information regarding the edit styles can be found on our blog.

DO YOU PROVIDE THE RAW FOOTAGE?

As we film unobtrusively and naturally the only footage that will be discarded are shots that are not pleasing to the eye, e.g. it appeared too dark, somebody walked infront of the camera, we filmed the same shot repetitively just to get it perfect etc.

Most of our work is spent in the edit suite, meticulously cutting each clip so it flows just right. We are also strong believers that by seeing the uncut footage it would ruin the magic of your film.

However we will provide the raw footage at an extra fee.

DO I NEED A LICENSE?

Yes, if you have a church wedding with an organist or would like music recorded. You will need the MCPS-PPL Joint License.

WILL I NEED WEDDING INSURANCE?

Anneka Ireland Videography recommends all clients purchase adequate wedding insurance to cover instances beyond our control.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU ARE ILL ON THE DAY OF OUR WEDDING?

We have a small team of videographers that can be on hand in the worst case scenario. We are also very close to other wedding videographers so there is always the option to call on them if need be. However, we always recommend that you take out wedding insurance.

DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT?

We can’t ‘hold’ dates and there is a non-refundable deposit of £200.00 which is payable at the time of booking.

WHEN DO I HAVE TO MAKE THE FINAL PAYMENT?

The balance is due 28 days prior to the wedding date.

We accept payment by cash, BACS and Cheque

HOW DO I MAKE A BOOKING?

You can complete the enquiry form, or alternatively telephone or e-mail us to discuss your wedding film.
