Hatfield House Wedding Video
Alex + Nicola got married at the stunning Hatfield House in December. They had lovely weather but still with that cosy wintery feel.
Alex + Nicola chose to have their wedding filmed so they could watch the day back again in the future. They wanted to remember the speeches and peoples enjoyment on the day and to see the parts that they could’ve missed as the day went by like a flash.
Debbie from Momentous Photography recommended us as wedding videographers to Alex + Nicola, we have worked alongside her before and work well as a team, she’s a lovely photographer that put the couple at ease on the day.
Nicola’s dress was a Pronovias design that she found in The Boutique in Enfield, her shoes were all the way from the US (Etsy). The bridesmaids dresses wore a gorgeous teal colour, all mismatch dresses which worked well with their shapes.
When the couple were venue hunting, they visited Hatfield House and the Old Palace, where Alex fell in love with the place. They loved the character and the history.
Nicola’s sister and auntie made their wedding cake, they went for a simple design as not to take away from the venue itself.
For the entertainment during the day, Nicola’s friend sang and played the guitar to ‘A Thousand Years’ as she walked down the aisle, this meant alot to the couple and was very magical. The live band, Apollo Soul along with a Saxophonist entertained guests throughout the day until the late evening.
Alex + Nicola went off on their honeymoon just two days after the wedding to Kenya on safari, then Zanzibar to relax.
